Complete the the Return Form.
You will receive a return label within 3 working days.
Dissemble the chair and put it in the box according to instructions in the box.
Print the return label Deliver the box at the nearest UPC terminal (UPS add the return label to the box).
The chair will be checked for damages at reception.
If no damages, all the money you paid for the chair will be returned to your account
