As a producer of ergonomic office chairs, we usually come into contact with your personal data in order to be able to deliver our services. We actively work to ensure that we comply with the rules and meet the expectations placed on us. However, when you visit our website, register for our newsletter, apply for a job or work with us, we process your data as the personal data controller.
What kind of personal data do we process?
We process only the data we receive from our customers or the data you yourself supply to us for the purpose of enabling us to deliver our services.

Your data is processed only by relevant persons within Backapp and by subcontractors engaged by us.
We ensure that our subcontractors fulfil the same obligations that we are subject to by signing agreements with them and carrying out checks whenever appropriate to verify that they comply with what we have agreed.
Data that is forwarded to another party is only used in order to provide the services we develop for our customers.
We never forward, sell or change your personal data for marketing purposes.

If your data is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have it corrected or deleted. We can't delete your data in cases where there is a statutory requirement to store it, such as in accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved.

To ensure that you are the only person who has access to this data, it is important that, as well as your signature, you also send a copy of an approved identification document with your request.
After this extract from the register has been sent out, we will save this request for 12 months.
